7-in-1 Quepo Canyoning
Half an hour out of Manuel Antonio and you're deep in the rainforest for a course that stacks seven adventures into one day. It starts at base camp, then a 4WD hauls you up into the jungle to the real starting line. The whole thing sits on 80 acres of protected land, and they built the course to work with the forest instead of tearing it up, so you're right in the middle of all that Costa Rican biodiversity.
What you'll actually do: cross a proper suspension bridge, rappel down a waterfall, take on the famous "monkey drop," climb two tree ladders, fly three zip lines, and finish with a treetop rappel. There are little breaks along the way for snacks, fresh fruit, and water so you don't run out of gas.
And when it's all done, you sit down to a real, home-style Costa Rican meal. You'll have earned it.
